BEN plg, whose first name is Thomas, is a French rapper from Tourcoing born on 4 January 1992.

In 2022, he released the Rap Réalité Musique trilogy, comprising three eight-track EPs spread over the year. Shortly before the release of volume 2 in June 2022, he made a notable appearance on Netflix's Nouvelle École programme: eliminated in the first round, he was nonetheless noticed by the public, which enabled him to greatly increase his notoriety.
