L’Écho de Bretagne is Niklas Paschburg’s most intimate and analog release to date. A raw, improvised solo piano EP recorded on a century-old grand piano in a remote cottage in Brittany. Created in solitude and entirely offline, the project embraces slow living and digital detox as both method and message. With no Wi-Fi, no screens, and only a reel-to-reel recorder, Paschburg stepped away from the noise of modern life to reconnect with the tactile, imperfect beauty of acoustic sound. What emerges is a record of warmth and restraint, built on breath, wood, and silence. A poetic counterpoint to the synth-driven Mexican Alps, this EP invites listeners into a world where slowness becomes clarity and imperfection becomes expression.
