The man has a sure instinct for partnerships: Philipp Eisenblätter, a down-to-earth Duisburg native with a sense for big city chansons, had his fourth album "Rom" produced by his prominent Ruhrpott neighbor Stoppok after a fruitful partnership with Tom Liwa ("Flowerpornoes").
And that's not all: Stefan Stoppok, guarantor of good song taste, also recorded (almost) all the instruments on the album. Eisenblätter mentions Bob Dylan as an influence, as well as Neil Young and the Stones.
