The Bewilder duo have been playing together for over a decade now. From The Eyrie is their debut LP though and it feels fresh with the urgency of a young band’s first demo balanced with the precision and maturity that only time together can bring. To be sure, there are reference points–American Football, Mineral, Carissa’s Wierd–but the whole is far more than the sum of its influences.
