Les Disques du Crepuscule presents a new CD edition of Fidelity, the 12th studio album by cult Manchester ensemble The Durutti Column, originally released by the label in April 1996.
Fidelity features 10 tracks written and performed by Vini Reilly, with occasional guest vocals by Eley Rudge. In addition to Vini’s trademark guitar stylings, the album showcased sleek electronic textures and programmed beats, and despite being undervalued at the time gained in popularity after standout track ‘Future Perfect’ featured in acclaimed Hulu television series The Bear.
The new CD version also features bonus track My Only Love, originally released in 1995 on a covermount CD with a specialist guitar magazine.
