Eigth cuts, all covers of our favorite Noo Yawkers: Lou Reed, Richard Hell, Suicide, Ramones, Patti Smith, The Velvet Underground... incredibly sweet and dry vocals, and Suicide´s Alan Vega himself singing dueto on two of the songs. In this album Angel Corpus Christi give us her very own vision of the already classical songs, naked and minimalist, sometimes naive, emphasizing the sweetest side of the compositions. With a very simple instrumentation and the unusual sound of the accordion being the toping on the ice, Angel re-creates songs everybody loves like “Femme Fatale”, “Blank Generation”, “Here Today Gone Tomorrow”, or “Cheere” a new and captivating dimension.
