The fifth album by the Gumbles from Schwerin also marked the band's 15th birthday. The Schweriners, who have become an integral part of the scene, harness their sled dogs and coyotes to the punk rock cart and pick up the pace!!! The gallant and amusing side-swipes (middle finger) and self-deprecating wisdom (too old & too ugly) might make some of them squirm, and even some of their street dog companions will howl and tuck their tails or fall into biting reflexes (scandal). In any case, there are plenty of straight forward (performance) punk rock as well as sing-along hits (that's punk) and there's no time for standing still with the Gumbles anyway. Of course, the Barney Army don't miss out on the fun either and whether the new album will top their previous masterpiece In altbewährter Manier, you better decide for yourself!
