As the band itself reaches its twentieth anniversary milestone (having released four studio albums to date), the highly revered debut, ‘The Invocation Of Demise’ is unleashed once more, representing a storming & sinister demonstration of the group’s early intent to create some of the most ferocious & savage black metal of the era, & helping to fly the flag for the newer breed of Swedish Black Metal masters (whilst guitarist/vocalist Simon Wizén can also currently be seen on bass duties for fellow countrymen & genre legends, Marduk). ‘The Invocation Of Demise’ was recorded at Necromorbus Studio (Watain, Mayhem), with Tore Stjerna at the helm handling production duties & was originally released in 2007.
