Foesum, the legendary group from Long Beach, California, whose first Japan tour in about 12 years generated significant excitement, is releasing their masterpiece 2nd album "The Foefathers," originally released in 2002, six years after their classic 1st album "Perfection" (1996). It will be available for the first time on vinyl as a limited edition, 2-LP set with an obi strip! It will also be simultaneously released as their first domestic CD!
Widely recognized by West Coast hip-hop fans as a work that is no less substantial than the classic "Perfection," this album was primarily produced by member DJ Glaze. It features plenty of classic West Coast tunes, such as the funky "Ain't A Damn Thing Changed" featuring Bo Roc (Dove Shack), who also collaborated on the famous track "In The Wind," and the mellow "Hello" featuring Long Beach native rapper E-White. In addition to fellow artists like Twinz (Tripp Loc & Wayniac) and KAM, Kayzabro from DS455 from Japan also participated!
