Originally released in June 1999 in the US, the album was subsequently released in other global markets between 2000 and 2001, and features hit singles such as ‘Here With Me’, ‘Don’t Think Of Me’ and the massive ‘Thank You’, which received additional global recognition when sampled by Eminem on ‘Stan’, and which received a new lease of life last year, reimagined as ‘Thank You (Not So Bad)’, in collaboration with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Tiësto and W&W. ‘No Angel’ became one of the UK’s best-selling albums of all-time - spending seven weeks at #1 and over a year in the Top 10, the album reached a staggering 10 x Platinum status, and earned Dido the BRIT Awards for Best British Album and Best British Female Artist as well as her first Ivor Novello Award.
