Guano Apes are a German band formed in 1994 in Göttingen by guitarist Henning Rümenapp, bassist Stefan Ude, drummer Dennis Poschwatta and finally lead singer Sandra Nasić. Their sound is a mix in between hardcore and punk-rock fronted by an energetic and strong female rapper/singer. Over the course of its career Guano Apes has released five studio albums and fifteen singles. In 2003 Guano Apes released the album ‘Live’, which was recorded during a concert in Cologne earlier that same year. The album contains the hit-singles “Open Your Eyes”, “Lords Of The Bards”, “Big In Japan”, “You Can’t Stop Me”, “No Speech” and “Oh, What A Night”.
