It is an adaptation of 'Refrain' from 'Songline' and has a fast-paced feel reminiscent of the monochrome set 'Wallflower'. Midsummer Incident '99" is a rare gem, a song by Miki Hirayama (self-cover), arranged by Seiichi Yamamoto and performed by Rashinban. All six tracks at 45RPM.
